The History of Card Jitsu Fire

What is up CP Fans, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. We only have less than a month left to experience the desktop version of Club Penguin and throughout the Month of March I will be putting out a new piece of History about every single mini-game that is on Club Penguin and today we will be having a look at the game Card Jitsu Fire.

Card Jitsu Fire is a multiplayer mini-game that was first released on November 24, 2009 for members and was later on playable for everyone on May 9, 2013. Card Jitsu Fire actually started because of a Volcano producing smoke at the end of September 2009. Sensei's Fire Scavenger Hunt then came along where you had to search for fiery items. After this event the smoke went on to darken the skies of Club Penguin and continued until after the Halloween Party 2009 and construction on the Fire Dojo began. Construction began on November 13, 2009 which was a year after the Dojo Courtyard came out and ended once the game came out in late November. This game is a spin-off of the other mini-game Card Jitsu where it uses somewhat of the same concept but allows 2 to 4 players to play. In this version it does use the same Card Jitsu cards, but the gameplay has two rings of stepping stones where one the outer rings has the elements painted on them and the inner ring has numbers on each of them. You first have to choose a number from the inner ring and then you can determine which element you would like to use based on how many steps you have to go in either direction. If you choose one element specifically then the player with the highest number wins that round, but there is another way to play against the players.

Card Jitsu Fire also has a Card Jitsu mode where you can only face with one of the players and you are allowed to pick whatever element you want to battle against them. You have to be careful just like in the regular game where you either have the higher number in a certain element or you have an element that beats there such as fire beating snow, water beating fire and snow beating water. If you land on a stone with another player on it you will also have to face them in Card Jitsu Mode. The score on the game depends on your energy level where each player is given 6 points to start in the beginning and you can earn more points if you continue to beat the other players. Once a player reaches 0 energy points then they will lose the game and the player who lasts the longest in the game will win. Throughout the game you can get rewards which are items for your fire suit. After you complete your fire suit you can now challenge Sensei where you have a chance of winning where you would always lose if you attempt to fight him before completing your fire suit. During the Card Jitsu Party 2011 this game was opened for everyone which made many believe it would be up for everyone after that. However the game luckily came out again for everyone during the release of Card Jitsu Snow and was then made a permanent mini-game that was playable for everyone.

Thank you all so much for reading about the History of Card Jitsu Fire. This is probably one of the coolest additions to come to the island as it gave the players a lot of hope for the future additions to Card Jitsu. I am glad to have been a part of this historical event on the Club Penguin island as it was a good turning point for the game all together. Anyways please enjoy the gameplay videos that can be found below and until next time this is Crzypengu saying Waddle On!
