  2. Complete World Penguin Day themed daily challenges.
  3. Download our Penguin Activity booklet to learn more about our real life feathered friends and test your penguin knowledge ðŸ˜‰

"AND, for every Club Penguin Island app downloaded between April 25 – May 25, 2017, we’ll donate $1 USD up to $50,000 USD to support efforts to protect penguins and their habitats around the world. ðŸ˜€ *"
"I’ll also be helping my friend, John (Zzek) celebrate all things penguin today around Time Square and at the New York Aquarium! Make sure to stay tuned to the blog for a special edition of Island Insider coming soon."

"And as always,"

Thanks for some ideas we could have done during World Penguin Day Megg. I find it pretty cool that the Club Penguin Team will be donating up to $50,000 to protect Penguins for each download that the Club Penguin Island App gets. I decided to watch March of the Penguins again just to learn more about these fascinating creatures which I have loved since I was a child. Anyways what do you all think of this blog post? Did you do anything special on World Penguin Day? Please leave your thoughts in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

Guest Post: Learn More about Global Penguin Society!

Hello Everyone, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. On Monday there was a Guest who blogged on the CPI News section, check it out.

"Hi penguins,"
"Nice to meet you! My name is Pablo, but you can call me Popi" ðŸ™‚
"To celebrate World Penguin Day, we here at Global Penguin Society are excited to have the opportunity to tell you more about our organization and how we support penguins in real life!"
"GPS is an international organization created to protect all the penguins of the world. It is the first and the only coalition that works exclusively for the conservation of the 18 different species of penguins that live on our Planet."
"GPS carries out scientific studies to learn more about penguins and help them better. We work in many countries where penguins live to make sure penguins are safe and happy in their colonies, where they build nests and raise their chicks. Our efforts are also focused in the oceans because penguins swim in it to find food for themselves and for their chicks. We are making many efforts to keep the beaches and the seawater clean so they are not affected by oil or garbage."
"We help to elaborate rules for tourists that visit penguin colonies, so they enjoy the experience and penguins are not afraid or keep a bad memory of people. We like to share what we learn and what we do to help penguins, so we give talks, participate in TV shows, documentary films, and radio interviews to make people value penguins and oceans and behave in a better way to help them. We love to take communities and kids to visit nearby penguin colonies for the first time, so they can understand what penguins need from them. By working with a lot of people in all the globe GPS is putting forward a stronger, unified voice for penguins."
"Penguin life."
"Penguins have the characteristic that makes them very sensitive to some human activities. They do not fly, making it difficult for them to escape from introduced animals that can harm them like housecats and rats. They depend on food that is in the ocean, but it is not sure where or when the fish will be available for them. Penguins can also live for many years (over 30 years in Magellanic penguins for example), they only lay one or two eggs each year, and take several months to raise their chicks. In addition, penguins make use of very big areas in the ocean when they feed and, during winter migrations, so they are exposed to a variety of problems like oil pollution and lack of fish for food."
"As we can see, penguins feed in the ocean and breed on land, facing threats in both environments. Climate change, contamination, and harmful fishing impoverish oceans, while habitat degradation, introduced predators and human disturbance is affecting penguins on land. The condition of penguin populations reflects the health of the oceans, providing information about the most important conservation problems. People love penguins but are not aware of the problems penguins must solve to survive, feed their chicks and protect them so they can grow and become adults."
"We hope you enjoyed learning more about our organization! Stay tuned for more penguin facts in our penguin 101 post coming April 27." ðŸ™‚

Thanks for telling us more about Penguins Pablo and showing what it is like for their environment. For me I think Penguins are amazing animals and I think they do have issues in their environments. I don't believe Climate Change is a real thing besides the fact that weather does change throughout the year based on the seasons, but I guess I can understand why some people do. Anyways what do you all think of this blog post? Do you like Penguins a lot and have you ever wanted to hang out with these birds? Please leave your thoughts in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

Penguin of the Week: JD Ryan

What is up Penguins, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. On Tuesday Megg put out a brand new blog post on the Island News blog where it announces the first Penguin of the Week on Club Penguin Island.

"Hi, penguins!"
"jd ryan was nominated to be Penguin of the Week by, Coolboy978CP57304732Lovebacon56Micah203CP60527916CP30801298CP29002408 & Pinksleddy!"
"Here are their nominations:"
“Nominate JD Ryan. I nominated him a few days ago. He really is a good friend to hang out with. He teaches people secrets about the island every day. He loves to give tours to new penguins. He wants penguins to feel welcome and get to know the island. He was a great friend on old cp and he still is.”
“People love JD Ryan. He should be potw. All he cares about is helping other people. I saw him help give this little kid a tour of Club Penguin Island. It was adorable. He wants everyone to enjoy playing the game and not be confused with anything. From what many other ppl and I see, he should be POTW”
“I’d like to nominate Jd Ryan! Before I met him, I had no idea just how kind one penguin could get. Then I met Jd Ryan. I witnessed him being very kind to others. One penguin was trying to give tours, and no one came. Even tho Jd Ryan didn’t need a tour, he was being a good penguin pal, and took it. Jd Ryan and I, hung out for a long time, and I had absolutely no clue how nice he was. It’s now pretty clear why so many penguins enjoyed his company. I don’t think I could ever ask for a better friend, and I’m very grateful for having known him.”
“I also nominate JD Ryan! He’s been very kind to me, and we are good friends!”
“I nominate JD RYAN. He is dedicated to everything he does. People are always talking about what a great influence he is for the Club Penguin Island community. He helps fellow penguins with any problems that they have and he teaches people secrets about the island. He would be a great example of POTW”
“I nominate JD ryan. He has taught me most of what I know about Club Penguin Island. He was the first person I met when I first joined. He took time out of his free time to help me, a penguin he doesn’t even know at the time, learn about Club Penguin Island. I think he would be a great potw.”
“I would like to nominate one of my closest friends JD Ryan. He’s truly a great friend. I’ve seen him help other penguins get around the island and complete daily challenges. He does whatever he can to make the island a better community. He always helps a penguin who is having trouble.”
“For Penguin of the Week, I would like to nominate my new friend, jd ryan, whom I could tell was a really nice penguin when I first met them. Jd ryan has been a part of the CP community for many years and deserves the POTW title for sure.”
"Congrats, jd ryan!"
"Want to nominate a friend for Penguin of the Week? Leave a comment telling us why! Each Penguin of the Week receives 5,000 coins and the POTW emoji pack (coming soon)."
Congratulations jd ryan for becoming the first Penguin of the Week on Club Penguin Island. I think it would be really cool to be nominated for this award, but I would also like to wait until the Igloos come into the game. Anyways what did you all think of this blog post? Are you all excited to see what will come next in this game? Please leave your thoughts in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

Celebrate Earth Month on Club Penguin Island

Hello everybody, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. A couple days ago Megg published a brand new blog post on the Club Penguin Island News blog about Earth Month, check it out.

"Happy Earth Month, penguins!"
"This just happens to be a great time to go out and get science-y! Because hey, the better we understand our world, the better we can care for it."
"But okay, complete honesty—I’m not the best one to teach science. Not when we have a rocket scientist (and self-driving tube maker) who can help."
"Here are some of Gary’s Earth Month exploration ideas:"
  1. Discover the island’s incredible flora and fauna. There’s even a fish you can catch which had been thought to be extinct! What strange species have you found?
  2. Explore the island’s strange environment. There are both icebergs and warm beaches. What are your theories on how these extreme climates coexist?
  3. Search the Sea Caves. It seems there are remnants of a past civilization within them. What can you learn about their culture?
"Those are some great questions to think about this Earth Month. Just be careful in the Sea Caves—I’ve heard trapper plants love chomping on research notes."
"Oh, and don’t forget to check out our Earth Month video for more celebration ideas!"

Thanks for telling us some Celebration ideas we can do during Earth Month Megg. It is nice to see some decorations on the game as well since it would be kind of boring without some changes to the game. Anyways what do you all think of this blog post? Do you like the new Club Penguin Island game or not so much? Please leave your thoughts in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

New Penguin of the Week Series

Hello Penguins, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Yesterday Bobbi from the Club Penguin team published a brand new blog post onto the Club Penguin Island website regarding Penguin of the Week, check it out.

"Hi, penguins,"
"I’m so excited about the awesome community we’re building. I’ve seen penguins sharing food, helping with Daily Challenges, and giving tours."
"Now if only we had some kind of award for these amazing penguins! Hm… maybe some kind of weekly announcement about how awesome they are."
"Hahaha, okay, a lot of you know where I’m going with this: PENGUIN OF THE WEEK is back, and you can nominate your friends to receive the award!"
"Here are the rules for nominations:"
  • The penguin is a COMMUNITY CHAMPION
  • The penguin hasn’t broken the island rules
  • The penguin can be ANYONE—free player or subscriber
"The Penguin of the Week will receive 5,000 coins plus an EXCLUSIVE emoji pack (that we’ll soon be asking you to vote on)!"
"To nominate a friend, tell us in the comments why they deserve to be Penguin of the Week!"

How-To: Tour Guide Item

Hello everyone, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. On Monday there was a brand new blog post put up on the Club Penguin Island blog by Megg, check it out.

"Hi, everyone!"
"Not sure if you’ve met them all yet (I’m trying to keep up!), but we’ve got SO many newcomers joining our island community every single day! The team was hoping YOU could help out and show some new penguins around the place?"
"It might be fun to show them your favorite things to do and places to be. Showing around new penguins is something we can ALL do, and it’s always great to help build the community."
"If you’re a member, you can even make your own tour guide t-shirt. We’ve got a video to show you how!"
"See! Nothing like a giant question mark on your shirt to tell people you know what you’re talking about. ðŸ™‚ It’s just how things work!"
"You don’t need the t-shirt to be a tour guide, though—it’s all about the right attitude. Being friendly and helpful is all it takes!"
"Have you been giving tours around the island? Post your tips & tricks in the comments below!"

Thanks for telling us how to make this Tour Guide item Megg. I don't have the video on here but if you click the word Video it will go to the video link. Anyways what do you all think of this blog post? Are you happy with the direction Club Penguin is going or not so much? Club Penguin Island Official Trailer

Hello Guys and Gals, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. On Wednesday the Club Penguin Team dropped the Club Penguin Island Official Trailer onto their website and YouTube channel, check it out.

Club Penguin Island may actually have some pretty good ideas as long as they allow non-members to have more access to the game. I honestly believe that the game has a chance of surviving a couple years on mobile until they have to implement it on Desktop. Based on the reaction of the game it doesn't look based on the likes and dislikes on the video, but I think those might be people who all of a sudden decided to come back and play the game again. Leave your thoughts in the comments section below on what you thought of this trailer and more blog posts will be coming soon.

The last hour of Club Penguin

What is up Penguins, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. We all know by now that Club Penguin ended a couple of days ago and that there were many live streams over the day, including one that lasted over 40 hours. Anyways I made this post really because I wanted to show off what I got to do in the last hour of Club Penguin, check it out.

I hope you all enjoy this video even though it is rather long and took me about 3 and a half hours to upload it onto YouTube. Anyways please leave your thoughts in the comments section below on what you did on the last hour of Club Penguin and more blog posts will be coming soon.

My Club Penguin Account

What is up everybody, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Club Penguin may be closed for now, but before it did I wanted to get footage of my full Penguin Account which included all of my items, stamps, and puffles which is all in this video.

I hope you all enjoyed this video of me showing off my Club Penguin account that I had over the last 9 years. Of course I am still upset to see this game disappear off of the web, but I am glad to be able to remind myself of all the cool things I did on the island. Anyways I hope you all have fun on Club Penguin Island and until next time this is Crzypengu saying Waddle On!

Club Penguin is Closed

Hello CP fans, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Yesterday there was a new update to the Club Penguin website saying that the game has officially been closed down.

This is really sad and really depressing to see appear anytime that you type in the original website. However there have been some people saying they still see the original site rather than this message, but after doing it a few times the message did eventually show up. If you want to you can view the original website and all of its previous designs on WayBackMachine which has archives of every website you can find on the web. Anyways please leave your thoughts about Club Penguin closing in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

Club Penguin Island Available Now!

Hello Penguins, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. On Thursday the Club Penguin Island website put up its very first blog post which was posted by Bobbi (aka Megg), check it out.

"BIG news, penguins:"

CLUB PENGUIN ISLAND IS HERE!!!

"It’s really happening–Rockhopper will be sailing new penguins in by the boatload! That means a ton of new penguins jamming on the stage, climbing the Migrator, and racing in the Sea Caves!"
"This is even MORE EXCITING than blasting out of a cannon. (And you can do that too)!"
"I can’t wait for everyone to join our community. It’s going to be a dance party/trampoline party/beach ball party like we’ve never seen before! BEST. DAY. EVER."
"In fact, I better check out the Clothing Designer and make Megg a new outfit for the occasion. Hmm, snorkel mask or knight helmet? But I do love that dog onesie…"
"You can download Club Penguin Island on your mobile device here*: http://puffl.es/2odguZN"
"Let’s get the party started!"
"Waddle on,"
"-Club Penguin Team"
Thanks Bobbi for the information about Club Penguin Island being released. I don't exactly think it was good planning for the Club Penguin Team to release the game right after the last one went off, but I guess there may have been issues with it. Anyways what do you all think of this blog post? Are you all excited to play Club Penguin Island or do you want to play the original game again? Please leave your thoughts in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.
