Hey what is up Guys and Gals, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Today Joe from the Club Penguin Team put up a brand new article on the Island News site talking about a Mod Meetup coming on Friday, check it out.

"Hey penguin pals,"

"McBeaks will be hosting the Mod Meet-up this week and it’s a big one—the first ever at Island Central!"

Who’s visiting: McBeaks, and Amykim. Some other team members might surprise us too!
When: October 27 at 4:00 PM PST
Server: Hockey (If a mod can’t get on because the server is full, they’ll visit Ice Age until they can join Hockey)
Starting zone: Island Central

"It’ll start at Franky’s for a round of flaming pizza slices, McBeaks’ treat. But don’t eat too much, because you’ll need to be fleet of foot for some epic Team Dance Battles. It’s going to be fang-tastic!"
Waddle On

Thanks for giving us some info on the next Mod Meetup Joe, I have never been to one of these but I wonder how they work out. I wonder if the team takes suggestions on how to make the game better or not because I know there could be a lot of cool ideas added to CPI. What do you all think of this upcoming meetup? Will you be attending or will you miss out? Please leave your comments down below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

Penguin of the Week: danielus33

Hey Penguins, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. We got another new POTW post yesterday and this week that winner is danielus33.

"Hi penguin pals!"

"danielus33 was nominated to be Penguin of the Week by Primrose470!"

"Here is the nomination:"

"I want to nominate danielus33 for penguin of the week. He is like my best friend since I first came here and he is so caring and friendly. He would always be there to help his fellow penguins if they need help. Whenever I feel sad, he would always be there to cheer me up. I really think he deserves POTW."

"Congrats, danielus33!"

"Want to nominate a friend for Penguin of the Week? Leave a comment telling us why! Each Penguin of the Week receives 5,000 coins and a POTW emoji pack!"
Waddle On

Congratulations to danielus33 for becoming this weeks POTW. I like to mention that their outfit looks a lot like Charizard from the Pokémon series which I think they were going for, maybe not. What do you all think of this weeks winner? Is there anyone you want to see being voted as a Penguin of the Week in the future? Please leave your thoughts in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

12 Years of Club Penguin

Hey what's going on everyone, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Twelve years ago yesterday the world was introduced to the game Club Penguin and the Team behind it decided to post about how they enjoy the game and more.

"It started 12 years ago, on a snowy island with a small group of penguins. A community was formed, built on friendship, inclusivity, and awesome dance moves. Over the years, more penguins joined. They found a home on the island, grew with us, and, eventually, moved on to new adventures."

"Today we welcome every penguin looking for an island to call home. And when they arrive, they find a community of friendship, inclusivity, and, of course, awesome dance moves—and that’s thanks to every one of you for continuing the wonderful and (kind of crazy) Club Penguin traditions."

"For this special day, members of the team have written messages to the community."

"Thanks to all our amazing players, who love our little island as much as we do. It has been a privilege working with the team to create fun for you like Daily Challenges, Tilt-o-Tubes and behind-the-scenes technology for the events like Halloween."

"We’ve already had quite the journey together, and I look forward to exploring this Island together with our community to discover it’s many surprises."

"Waddle on!"

"Russell Horton — Senior Game Designer"

"Hey, Penguin Pals! Thank you so much for continuing to waddle around with all of us. The adventure to this new island has been fin-tastic and I can’t wait to eventually make it to the clouds with you all (and pizza parties until then). Chilling on the island is often one of the highlights of my week and I look forward to many more meet ups, challenges, and exploring new areas with you all!"

"Thanks for being such a warm community on this chilly island and, as always, Stay Creative!"

"Amy Thiessen — Help Site Writer"

"Thank you for being a part of the island."

"I loved making up stories about penguins and sharing them with the community. Every time I see a wild theory about a character or mystery, I get excited to write more. Please keep guessing about the buoys, and Penglantis, and the Lighthouse. They’re all important!"

"Alex Newcombe — Narrative Designer"

"Club Penguin has some deep roots! Most of all it is rooted in the love and energy that YOU bring to the community. The team puts so much care, creativity, passion, and hard-work into making Club Penguin Island, but that pales compared with what the community brings. Together we have made a place where we can be ourselves, have fun, meet new friends, and be a part of something amazing! Thank you for making Club Penguin Island what it is, a place of belonging."

"David Fairfield — Senior Audio Coordinator"

"You are the reason we love what we do! Knowing that Club Penguin Island brings a smile to your day is one of the best rewards of this job. I’ve been lucky enough to design most of the clothes in the Clothing Designer. Seeing all the amazing creations the community comes up with, everyday, is so incredible. Keep being creative, keep being you, and as always: waddle on."

"Erin Cinkant — Senior Artist"

"Thank you for turning the island into a home, penguin pals. We appreciate the magic you bring each day."
Waddle On

Thank you Club Penguin for being around for so many years and more to come. I have enjoyed this game for over a decade and I hope to see the game progress over time as I have loved the community that is here. What are all of your thoughts on the game being around since 2005? Is there anything you want to see come to the future? Please leave your thoughts down below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

SNEAK PEEK: Your Igloo!

Hello Everybody, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. We have recently gotten a brand new article on the Island News site talking about the Igloos that will be coming to the island very soon.

"The."

"Hype."

"Is."

"Real!"

"Igloos are coming in the next update of Club Penguin Island! EVERYONE gets a home to decorate.
Actually, there’s more to it—you get an entire lot to work with!"

"You could build a small igloo and use the rest of your land for a giant yard. Sounds like the perfect set-up for an outdoor party, right?"

"There’s even a huge igloo with plenty of room for, I don’t know—how about an indoor trampoline park!"

"But hey, you don’t need to stick to one building. Want to plop down a mid-sized igloo with a small igloo nearby? Then congratulations, you’re the proud new owner of a home with a guest house!"

"And that’s just setting up the buildings on your lot—there’s still furniture and landscaping options."

"So now that I’ve prepared you, are you ready for your first look? Click the image below for a sneak peek video!"

https://www.clubpenguinisland.com/video/in-development-igloos/

"Excited for your island home? We sure are! Tell us your thoughts in the comments."
Waddle On

I have to say that I am very excited for the next update as the Igloos are something I wanted to return to the island. In my opinion I think the feature is much better than the last one as you can resize some items to your likening and have multiple Igloos on the frame. Now I just hope we get the game on Desktop soon so we can attract more users to CPI. Anyways what are all of your thoughts on this new article from the CP Team? Is there anything you want to see being added to the game? Please leave your thoughts in the comments below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

Community Teamwork!

What is up Penguins, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Last week we got a brand new post on the Club Penguin Island News site talking about a new feature in CPI, check it out.

"Hi penguin pals,"

"If you haven’t yet, head over to our brand new zone, Island Central, and pay Gary a visit. He’ll ask you to team up with the community to take on menacing ghosts by launching snowballs at them. Each time a ghost is defeated, a small bit of its energy will be collected."

"This is a community challenge, so it could take some time for the meter to completely fill. It won’t be easy, but once the canister is full, a special All Hallows t-shirt will be unlocked for all players, as well as a Pumpkin Costume for members!"

"It’s still early but we’re off to a great start! Thanks, penguins pals, and good luck!"
Waddle On

Thanks for giving us some more information about this new feature Joe. It is actually pretty nice to know that everyone will be given a brand new t-shirt if we complete the community challenge and the members getting a new Pumpkin Costume to add to their collection. What do you all think of this new update to the game? Leave your thoughts down below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

Island Central is Open... AND HAUNTED!

Hey what is up Penguin Pals, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. We recently got a new video on the Island News site talking about the 1.7 update that has been introduced to the game and it looks pretty sweet, check it out.

"Update 1.7 is available now, and it’s SCARY cool!"

"Explore our newest zone, Island Central, and show off your best moves in a Team Dance Battle (beats provided by DJ Cadence). But watch out, because the night’s dark and ghosts are lurking in the shadows! Team up with Gary to defeat them as a community and unlock Halloween loot."

"Members can also enjoy spooky new fabrics and decals to design their own eerie, strange, and crazy costumes!"

This update is pretty neat and I enjoy all of the new features that have come into the game. I really like that the parties are coming back to the island as I've always enjoyed them in the past. What do you all think of Update 1.7. Is there anything you want to come to the game or do you think should be improved on? Please leave your thoughts in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

What is up Penguins, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. On Monday last week there was a brand new Behind the Scenes video talking about the Halloween 2017 party that is going on right now.

"The Halloween party is almost here, and we couldn’t have done it without Gary’s big brain! Then again, we couldn’t have done it without his voice either—and that was all thanks to Todd Haberkorn."

"Our latest video takes you behind the scenes as Todd brings the Halloween adventure to life."

Thanks for giving us some Behind the Scenes Footage Joe. It is still pretty amazing on how the Club Penguin Team gets creative with all of the new features on CPI and the voice acting is pretty nice touch to the game as well. I wonder what other Parties will come out for the game as I am enjoying the Halloween Party so far. Anyways what do you all think of this blog post from the Club Penguin Team? Is there any behind the scenes footage you would like to see? Please leave your thoughts in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

SNEAK PEEK: Team Dance Battle

Hey Everybody, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. The Club Penguin Team published a brand new article on Friday talking about a new update coming to the game soon. check it out for yourself.

"Let’s jump right in and get to the big announcement—DJ Cadence is coming to Island Central! Yep, the singer of the official CPI anthem, We Are the Penguins, has totally found her happy place."

"She’ll appear live at the Island Central DJ booth to turn the area into a music festival!"

"The dance floor is an awesome place to bust loose or hang back and cheer on a friend. But there’s more to it than that. It’s the location for the TEAM DANCE BATTLE!"

"The new game, hosted by DJ Cadence, can be played by EVERYONE. Two teams with up to TEN penguins will stomp and groove in friendly competition. Match your moves to the on-screen commands and you’ll earn big points for your team. All the while, Cadence will be keeping the beats thumping!"

"Get ready for it, because update 1.7 hits next week!"
Waddle On

This update looks like its going to be really good and I am pretty excited to see how the game will continue to play out as more updates are put up. Behind the Scenes: Voice Acting Part 2

What is going on everyone, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Another Behind the Scenes video about the voice actors on the game has been posted on the Club Penguin News site and its pretty awesome.

"In this Behind the Scenes, we’ll visit with not just the voice of Gary, but the voice of Herbert AND Shellbeard! And here’s the kicker—it’s all performed by one man."

"That’s right, Todd Haberkorn is the voice of three Club Penguin Island characters!"

I am pretty happy to learn about this news that there is one actor for three big characters in the game. When I went to CP HQ in the summer time I was told about this and I'm glad to know about the actor who portrays the characters now. What do you all think of these Behind the Scenes Videos? I personally like all of these videos and I can't wait to see more in the future. Anyways please leave your thoughts in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

It's My Party Day

What is up Guys and Gals, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Last Wednesday there was a new blog post on the Club Penguin site about It's My Party Day, check it out.

"Hi, penguin pals, and happy It’s My Party Day!"

"This holiday is practically meant for Club Penguin Island! It’s like peanut butter and jelly. A tie and a tuxedo. Or Rockhopper and stinky cheese."

"My point is, celebrations are an important part of the island. They bring penguins together and help spread goodwill (and pizza)."

"Since this is the perfect day to plan a party, I’ve come up with some ideas to get you started:"

Find-a-Friend Meet-up: Everyone at this party has 5 minutes to run off and come back with a new friend. It’s a quick way to double, or even quadruple, your crowd!

The Runners’ Party: Staying in shape is easier when you have friends. See who can run fastest from Mount Blizzard’s campsite to Rookie’s House. Then find a comfy place to collapse.

The Coin Tour: What better way to get rich than with friends? There are coins and collectibles all around the island for ambitious penguins to find. Put your heads together to find the best treasure spots.

No Need For a Reason Party: Sometimes you don’t know why but you just gotta party. We totally respect that decision.

"I’m sure there are at least 163 other reasons to party. Let’s hear your best party ideas in the comments below!"
Waddle On

Thanks again Joe for giving us some ideas on what we can do on the island. As far as partying goes I guess it would be pretty neat to shoot off some fireworks with a big crew and see how loud they can be. What are all of your ideas on how you like to party on CPI? Is there any items you would like to see added to the stores on CPI? Please leave your thoughts down below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

The FAQ Review: Gary

Hello Penguins, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. We've gotten a few new blog posts in the past week including a new FAQ Review about Gary.

"Hi everyone,"

"Today we’re running an analysis on super-genius, Gary the Gadget Guy! He’s the inventor of the jet tube, the Yeti Scanner 3000, and many other devices that sometimes actually work."

Q: How do you know Gary is a super-genius?
A: He uses a lot of big words. That’s all it takes, right?

Q: What kind of big words are we talking about?
A: He says things like “reticulating,” “cogitating,” and “anomalous.”

Q: …I’m sorry, what did you say?
A: To be honest, I don’t quite know.

Q: Okay, so aside from Gary’s vocabulary, what else makes him a genius?
A: During **** of Aunt Arctic’s adventures, he was recruited for that big brain of his. He reverse-engineered a computer virus to spy on Herbert… with science!

Q: Impressive. So why are you telling me about Gary now?
A: Well, he’s an expert on ghosts sooooo… we might see him around the island soon.

Q: Hey everyone—GARY’S CONFIRMED TO BE IN THIS MONTH’S HALLOWEEN PARTY!
A: Wait—I didn’t say that! I just meant that if Island Central was haunted, Gary could probably help.

Q: CONFIRMED—ISLAND CENTRAL’S GONNA BE HAUNTED AND WE’LL TEAM UP WITH GARY!
A: sigh … Confirmed.

"That’s it for this FAQ Review, everyone. Stay alert—it sounds like you’ll be hearing from Gary the Gadget Guy soon!"
Waddle On

Thanks for giving us some inside information about Gary CP Team. I think its pretty awesome to know that Gary will be playing a part of the Halloween Party this month and it seems like it will be a blast. The Dark Island

Greetings Everyone, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Joe published a brand new blog post on the Club Penguin Island News site the other day on how CPI will be celebrating Halloween this year and it looks Awesome.

"Hi penguin pals,"

"Halloween is coming and there’s no way Club Penguin Island is missing out! Expect things on the island to get darker. And slimier. And hauntier—um… haunted!"

"Everywhere you look, the island will have a scary makeover. And sure, I could tell you about the night sky, the candles, the jack-o-lanterns—but it’s more fun if I show you."

"Something doesn’t look quite right with the water slide. Was I supposed to clean it?"

"Our jolly pirate captain has transformed The Migrator into a spooky ghost ship."

"Mount Blizzard has a great view of a strange looking sky. That can’t be natural…"

"Gary seems to be in the Halloween spirit. But um, what’s with the vat of goo?"

"And even the crabs are celebrating! I mean, kind of. There was an effort."

"The Halloween party hits the island in our next update, so start practicing your “TRICK OR TREAT!”
Waddle On

This update looks Outstanding and I can't wait to go into a new Club Penguin Party again just like the last game. I am happy to see how this event will be handled and I hope there will be some games or objectives to do during the party. Anyways what do you all think of this brand new blog post? Is there a party you want to see come into Club Penguin Island? Please leave your ideas in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

The Great Marble Hunt Shortage of 2017

Hey Penguins, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Joe from the Club Penguin Team published a brand new article on Thursday talking about a problem in Marble Hunt, check it out.

"Hi penguin pals,"

"There’s going to be a slight issue occurring in the 1.6.1 patch. Read on for the important announcement from Crate Co."

Club Penguin Island, October 4, 2017 – "Due to unforeseen issues, games of Marble Hunt will be temporarily unavailable from stores. Meanwhile, existing copies of Marble Hunt may not start properly. But there is a workaround—after beginning a game, have the marble hider open their chat bar and then close it again. The game will then continue properly."

"Crate Co. will be resolving this situation with an upcoming fix planned for release in mid-October. At that time, we will resume our regular shipments of Marble Hunt into shops (by dropping large parachuting crates onto the island, of course)."

"We want to thank our customers for their understanding. Without you, we wouldn’t be the #3 crate-based shipping company in the world."
Waddle On

Well that stinks because I really like Marble Hunt and all of the other games on CPI a lot. I am hoping that this problem will be fixed correctly in the next patch as I like a challenge from all of the players who hide or find these Marbles. Anyways what do you all think of this brand new article? Is there any other mini-games you want to arrive to Club Penguin Island? Please leave your thoughts in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

The Halloween Scene

What is going on Penguin Pals, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. On Wednesday we got a brand new article on the Island News Site which shows us some of the Mascots costume ideas for Halloween, check it out.

"AWOOOOOO! Happy Halloween, everyone!"

"What? Too soon?"

"No, no, no—half the fun is planning for Halloween. How else will I come up with an amazing costume? I know I can do even better than the sheet with two eyeholes I wore last year."

"I’m not the only one who’s excited. The island’s famous penguins are already prepared for the big day. Let’s take a look at what they’re planning!"

"With a craving for stinky cheese, Rockhopper’s a rather unique vampire. Or is he a… vam-pirate?"

"I don’t think there’s a wicked bone in Aunt Arctic’s body, and yet this witch outfit really suits her."

"Either Rookie’s wearing a wolf mask or he’s an actual werewolf. Hm, could be either…"

"These cat ears and whiskers are so well-designed that you just know Dot made them."

"Beep, beep, boop. Gary-Bot outfit activated. Scanning for candy."

"Jet Pack Guy’s never been much for theatrics so he’s keeping it simple."

"Cadence’s pixie wings might get in the way when she’s dancing, but hey, it looks great."

"With the next update, each mascot will be wearing their outfit to the end of October, even during adventures. But don’t worry—Rookie doesn’t bite."
Waddle On

These are all really great costumes and its hard for me to decide which one I like the best. I guess Aunt Arctic, Rookie, and Rockhopper are my top 3 in no particular order since they look nice on them. What is your favorite costume from these mascots and will you be dressing up for Halloween? Please leave your thoughts in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

Bullying Prevention Month

Hello Guys, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. The Month of October is Bullying Prevention Month and the Club Penguin Team decided to get into this topic, check it out.

"Hi penguin pals,"

"You might have noticed the snazzy orange banner above the stage. It’s Bullying Prevention Month!"

"Yep, that means it’s time for a serious chat. I’ll really appreciate it if you can stick with me for one minute."

"Still here? Awesome, thank you!"

"You might have noticed that community is a big deal on Club Penguin Island. Each of you contributes to the mood of the world, and I gotta say, the mood’s awesome! Whenever I visit, there are always penguins up for chatting and playing a game."

"So what can you and the rest of the community do for Bullying Prevention Month? Well, keep being the amazing and inclusive community that we love. Accept newcomers. Make new friends and invite them on your journeys. Forgive penguins you’ve had arguments with."

"Most of all, respect others. The community will appreciate it!"

"And to thank you for being a part of our Bullying Prevention Month message, here’s a preview of an upcoming igloo item for everyone! We won’t let your igloos get gloomy—let the light shine in with windows."

Waddle On

Thanks for notifying us about Bullying Prevention Month Joe, it is always good to remind others that its not good to bully others as it can create a bad image on yourself as well. The Igloo item also looks pretty awesome and I wonder if you can customize those as well. Anyways please leave your thoughts in the comments section below and more blog posts will be coming soon.
