Rockhopper vs. the Giant Squid exit page

Club Penguin added a new video and with that it came with a new exit page on club penguin after you log out check it out.

Why does it say some features require a page membership on here? Does it require a membership to watch it? Please change this Club Penguin, it does not make since.
