An Accessible Island

What is going on everybody, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. The Club Penguin Team published an article on their website not long ago talking about how you can access the game on Mobile Devices, check it out.

"Hi penguin pals,"

"Club Penguin Island is a virtual world for everyone to enjoy, so the team wants it to be as accessible as possible. There are special features on iOS and Android devices that, when turned on, work with the app to help players interact in a way that’s best suited for them. The team has worked really hard on integrating these features into Club Penguin Island and I’d love to tell you about them."

Limited Mobility Assistance
"Club Penguin Island takes advantage of different features for players with limited mobility. Switch navigation lets you control the game with a single tap, while assistive touch helps perform certain actions on the screen that could otherwise be difficult. There’s also a text-to-speech option so you can chat by speaking."

Reading and Cognitive Assistance "Voiceover features mean that any word in Club Penguin Island can be spoken to the player. This also great for young players who are just learning to read, since they can follow along on-screen."

Vision Assistance "Players have the option to zoom in on the screen, invert color, use voiceovers, and more. Not only that, but our artists design the island using coloring that works best for those with vision issues."

"This has been a really inspiring journey for our team members, and they’re continuing to make improvements on these accessibility features. We want to welcome all penguins to the island, and we know our community feels the same!"

Waddle On

The article that the Club Penguin Team put up is very interesting and I didn't know that you could record your voice in the game. I don't use the Safe Chat system that much because the system is overprotective on what users say and I don't want to have my account banned. Is there anything that you guys want to learn about the game or anything that can be done differently? Please leave your thoughts down below and more blog posts will be coming soon.
