Club Penguin EPF Spy Phone Message from Rookie April 2, 2015

What is up Agents, Agent Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Today along with some other things I am getting up to date with old updates in the past and here is one from earlier this month.

"It's okay, everyone! I found rubber ducky. We can stand down from the maroon alert."

I am not sure why Rookie keeps sending out some pointless EPF Messages but I do think it is also weird he likes his rubber ducky so much. Anyways what do you think of this message?
