The Greatest Tube Ever Made?

What is going on Penguins, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. On Wednesday the Club Penguin Team put up a brand new article talking about a new update coming out in the future.

"PENGUIN PALS! Forget everything you know about unicorn tubes!"

"The team has created something so amazing for the 1.9 update, it may just blow your mind. It’s the latest in personal tube transportation and it’s packed with rainbow attitude."

"Behold, THE MAJESTEED!"

"Despite the challenges, our artists banded together to create the ultimate unicorn experience. Bold, colorful, and yes—it even has cute little sunglasses on it."

This is a very interesting choice for a tube and I am glad that its something that we haven't had before in the game. I definitely plan on picking this Tube up if I can but I guess time will tell. Congratulations to CityGirl2011 for becoming this weeks POTW. I am glad to know that a lot of penguins on the game are kind to others and try to help out their community. It is very interesting to hear about all these different users in the game and I hope in the future we can also see what their Igloos look like. Anyways what do you all think of this weeks winner? Sneak Peek: The Rainbow Celebration

Hey Everyone, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Sam from the CP Team published a brand new article the other day giving us a sneak peek of a brand new party coming out this month, check it out.

"Hi penguin pals,"

"We just got an exciting weather report back from the island. A rare naturally occurring phenomenon, known as the rainbow migration, is headed our way this month! Penguins will see beautiful rainbows as they roll through the island, and can collect rainbow drops left behind in the sky by hopping on rainbow geysers. Island Central will be fully decorated (we’re talking balloons, garland, giant piles of fruit… all the essentials), and none other than Dot will be there to guide you through the rainbow celebration!"

"On top of all that, penguins will receive several mystical items upon login, including a new Rainbow Star Tee, and members can purchase rainbow-themed igloo furniture to brighten their homes!"

"Now tell us, penguins—are you ready to experience the rainbow migration?"

Thanks for giving us a Sneak Peek of what is to come this month Sam. I think its awesome that there will be a Rainbow Migration in the game and I am excited to see what will come out of this party. I'm hoping as the game progresses that we will see more and more original parties on the game and not too many licensed themes in the game. Poll: Choose the Color Palette for our Birthday Party!

What is going on everybody, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Club Penguin put up a poll the other day asking the community what kind of colors we want our 1st anniversary hat to be, check it out.

"Hey penguin pals,"

I must admit, we’re planning WAY ahead here, but Club Penguin Island’s first birthday is happening in March, and we want everyone to get involved in the party preparations!"

"The first decision to make is what the color palette will be. It sounds simple enough, but Island Central will be decked out in the color you choose, so it’s pretty important! You can vote by clicking on one of the three options below. You only get one vote and it can’t be changed, so choose wisely!"

All of these color patterns look very interesting to me and I honestly don't know which one I would choose between the Three of them. I really like the first one since it matches the colors of the 1st anniversary hat from Club Penguin but I also like the middle one for being a bit different and its almost like it fits with Club Penguin Island. Beta Test Fest - January 2

Hey Guys, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Club Penguin Island is still on its Beta Stage on Desktop and Joe put up an article talking about some feedback from testing recently.

"Our team has fixed some of these bugs in 1.9, but there could be more out there. Check out the What’s Next section below for more information."

Players don’t dance during Team Dance Battle
"This bug can happen for all different reasons, and the QA team has found and fixed some of them in 1.9. Let us know if you still run into the issue, and if there was anything you’d done that might have triggered it."

Points aren’t scoring correctly during Team Dance Battle
"Thanks for letting our team know about this! Our QA gurus are now looking into the problem. Meanwhile, we always welcome more details."

Purchased furniture items don’t show up in the inventory
"This bug is being investigated and there is a workaround. Try switching your inventory tabs if an item isn’t displaying correctly—this usually forces it to appear. If that doesn’t work, leave your igloo and come back in."

The screen turns pink when loading the game
"Some players can fix this by updating their drivers. However, some players’ hardware might be out of date and unable to run Club Penguin Island. We’d love to have you on the island, so contact our support team to see if they can help with the computer you’re on: support@clubpenguinisland.com"

Can’t comment on blog posts
"If a player opens Island News and quickly goes to an article, they might not be able to comment. Instead, try waiting a few seconds after opening Island News posts, and then go to an article. This can give the game time to log you into the comment system. Meanwhile, there is a loading screen planned for this section to help out."

It is pretty neat to know what kind of bugs players are running into at this stage. I have encountered the bug where my clothes would appear black at one time but not any bugs that are serious.
