Hello Penguins, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Sam from the Club Penguin team published a brand new article on the Club Penguin Island blog about a Mod Meet-up coming soon.

"Hi penguin pals,"

"We’re asking you to waddle out of your igloos and over to Mt. Blizzard this Friday to join us in celebrating the first Mod Meet-up of the month!"

"We can gather around the fire pit in front of Crate Co., sip on hot cocoa, and snack on fluffcake and candy canes (we’ve been stocking up!). Once we’re all together, we can decide what comes next."

Who’s visiting: Penny Pebbles, SGT Sparkles, McBeaks, and Amykim. Some other team members might surprise us too!
When: December 8 at 3:00 PST
Server: Hockey (If a mod can’t get on because the server is full, they’ll visit Ice Age until they can join Hockey)
Starting zone: Mt. Blizzard

"We hope to see you there!"

I am glad that the Club Penguin Team does these kind of Meet-Ups with the community and they ask what will be good for the game. Lets just hope that they continue to do these Meet-Ups in the future as I am sure that they're quite fun. Anyways what do you all think of this brand new article? Is there anything you want to see come to the game? Please leave your thoughts down below and more blog posts will be coming soon.

Coins for Change – You Did It!

What is going on Penguins, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. The Club Penguin Team put up a brand new article on the website with some great news, check it out.

"This just in, penguin pals – YOU DID IT!!!"

"Thanks to the amazing efforts of our community, our Coins for Change donation goal of 1 million coins was completed in less than 24 hours. Our team has always been impressed with the generosity and passion you bring each season, but this is on a whole new level!"

"This incredible achievement enables us to donate $50,000 to provide toys to children in need this holiday season. Just imagine how exciting this will be for those families!"

"Thank you all for coming together to make a difference, and in record-breaking time."

It is pretty incredible that the entire Club Penguin Community donated over 1 million coins in less than 24 hours. I am sure there was a lot more users on the Desktop that helped accomplish this goal and that makes me pretty happy. Anyways what do you all think of this news coming out from the Club Penguin Team? "Maddog2846 was nominated to be Penguin of the Week by PinkPenguin21!"

"Here is the nomination:"

"Hey penguin pals! I would like to nominate Maddog2846. She is an amazing friend and idk what to do without her. She helps you when you are in need and is nice. She is very funny. She brightens up your day. I think she totally deserves it."

Beta Test Fest!

Hello Guys and Gals, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Joe from the Club Penguin Team put out a blog post about Beta Testing on Monday, check it out.

"Hi beta testers!"

"Thank you for being some of the first players on the Club Penguin Island open beta for Windows PC and Mac! This early version lets you check out Club Penguin Island on your computer before its full release."

"Because it’s an open beta, you might run into bugs and glitches. Some of these could be minor things, while others might be big crashes. It’s all part of being a beta tester, and—if you’re like the Club Penguin Island QA team—you might actually find discovering bugs to be pretty fun."

"Every 2 weeks we’ll have a Beta Test Fest post where the QA team (that stands for Quality Assurance) updates us on which bugs they’re targetting and which ones they’ve fixed. And that’s where you come in!"

"We want you to comment on the posts to tell us which bugs you’ve found. That’ll let the QA team know which bugs to focus on. This week we’re really interested in hearing from players who are having trouble installing the game, but feel free to let us know of any other issues you’re running into."

"Below is a template you can use for feedback."

Are you playing on PC Windows or Mac?
What bug have you discovered?
What were you doing when the bug happened?

"We’d love any feedback you can provide—it all helps. By working together, we can build our island."

Interested in becoming a beta tester? If you’re on a Windows PC or Mac computer, you can download the Club Penguin Island open beta HERE!

Its pretty cool to finally test out the game on Desktop and how much fun it will be during the Beta Period. I missed out when the original Club Penguin Game was launched and I am glad that I am getting a second chance. Is there anything from the Beta that you want to see come to the full game or anything you don't like about it? Please leave your thoughts down below and more blog posts will be coming soon.
