Beta Test Fest!

Hello Guys and Gals, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. Joe from the Club Penguin Team put out a blog post about Beta Testing on Monday, check it out.

"Hi beta testers!"

"Thank you for being some of the first players on the Club Penguin Island open beta for Windows PC and Mac! This early version lets you check out Club Penguin Island on your computer before its full release."

"Because it’s an open beta, you might run into bugs and glitches. Some of these could be minor things, while others might be big crashes. It’s all part of being a beta tester, and—if you’re like the Club Penguin Island QA team—you might actually find discovering bugs to be pretty fun."

"Every 2 weeks we’ll have a Beta Test Fest post where the QA team (that stands for Quality Assurance) updates us on which bugs they’re targetting and which ones they’ve fixed. And that’s where you come in!"

"We want you to comment on the posts to tell us which bugs you’ve found. That’ll let the QA team know which bugs to focus on. This week we’re really interested in hearing from players who are having trouble installing the game, but feel free to let us know of any other issues you’re running into."

"Below is a template you can use for feedback."

Its pretty cool to finally test out the game on Desktop and how much fun it will be during the Beta Period. I missed out when the original Club Penguin Game was launched and I am glad that I am getting a second chance. We Are the Penguins is Now Streaming!

Greetings everyone, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. There was a blog post put up by Sam at the beginning of this month talking about how the Club Penguin Anthem is Streaming.

"Happy December, penguin pals!"

"In case you’re looking for another way to celebrate the 1.8 update, we’ve got you covered. The Club Penguin Island anthem, “We Are the Penguins,” is now streaming on Spotify and iTunes, and will be available on other platforms soon! Simply search for the song on your favorite streaming platform, and jam out any place, anytime!"

The Club Penguin Anthem is pretty neat and I am glad to hear that its streaming on Spotify and iTunes. I am curious to see if there will be anymore songs coming to the game like they had with the previous version and maybe even an album again. Windows PC & Mac are LIVE!

What's going on Penguin Pals, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. The Club Penguin Team released CPI on the Desktop last week and they put out a blog post about it.

"Penguin fam–THE WAIT IS OVER!!!!!!!!!!"

"We are beyond excited to share that Club Penguin Island is officially available on Windows PC & Mac!"

"As of today, players can enjoy cross-platform play, which means you can login from ANY device at ANY time."

"Since this is an open beta project, we will be looking to our community to help us catch bugs and glitches. Report them in our Beta Test Fest blog posts kicking off this month."

So far the Desktop version of CPI is a lot better to me than the mobile version. I have ranked up at the highest level of the game right now and I enjoy all of the new updates coming to the island in the future. What do you all think of the game coming to desktop? Coming Soon: Island Live

Hey Penguins, Crzypengu here with the latest updates. The Club Penguin Team put up an article last week which was interesting at the time, check it out.

"Island Live will be the latest addition to the CPI Phone (located at the top left corner of the game screen), making it easier to track your current XP, learn about available adventures, discover new features, hop to scheduled games like Dance Battle or Crate Co., and more!"

"One of the coolest things about Island Live is that the updates are personalized to each player, based on their progression. It will even offer suggestions for what you need to do to level up, and will give you a preview of the rewards that are waiting at the next level!"

I will say that since the update has been out I am thoroughly enjoying all of the new features especially having customizable igloos again which I think is an improvement over the previous game. It is awesome to see the game finally coming to Desktop after many months and I hope to see the community grow upon this. What do you all think of this article from the Club Penguin Team?
